It’s an exciting time for RSNC members and Producers as we enter an explosive growth mode in our sport. There is so much more we can do now as an association with our new website to build RSNC into the biggest horse sport association in the country. And of course we want our RSNC Event Producers to get the most out of our new website too. To that end we are now ready to supply you with some very effective online and offline marketing tools to help increase the number of participants at your events with the ultimate goal of growing more members and more profitable events for you.

Producers Web Page Outline:

While we’ve had a web page in the past to recruit more Producers, we are now providing you with an exclusive “Producers Web Page” to build members visits to your specific information to promote your events. Attached you will find the outline we would like you to use to help use build out your web page.

1.Business logo: we will need a computer file (jpg) of your business logo or the full name of your event producing business for the top of your producer page.

2.Producer Profile: We would like you to write 2 or 3 paragraphs of background information on yourself, your business, your family, how you got involved with Ranch Sorting. What you love about the sport, the people the competition etc. We will also need a few photos of you / your partners etc, etc.

Example: Welcome to the Valley Ranch RSNC Producers page, my name is Dave Winkle. My wife Susan and I have owned a Stable in Colorado for 5 years and got involved in Ranch Sorting just 2 years ago. We started like most folks do… one of our friends invited us to an event to have some fun and… WOW, it was the most fun we’ve ever had on a horse!! (Etc. etc.)

3.Photo Gallery: Your producers page will also include a special Photo Gallery viewer so you can show
RSNC members in your area – competing in sorting, you giving out prizes, or participants just horsing around having fun together.

Please submit these photos in (jpg) digital format to Susie at info@rsnc.us so she can arrange for our web master to load them into your producer’s photo gallery.

4.Featured Sorter: You’ve probably notice we have a special RSNC Featured Sorter section on the Home page of the new website. We think this is going to a be great attraction for members to interact with the website and get to know other sorters around the country.

We’re also going to put a place on your Producers web page for you to have a Feature Sorter from your area or from your events. All you need is to have the Featured Sorter you choose write 2-3 paragraphs about themselves, their family, how they got involved with Ranch Sorting,what they love about the sport, the people the competition etc. We would also like a few photos of them competing and or practicing or just a photo of them and their horse.

You can help us make this Featured Sorter program a big deal all over the country by helping us promote it at your events. You can get lots of members excited by just announcing it over the PA system during your sortings.

We also have special flyers we’ve created to hand out at your events that have all the info members need to submit their sorter for their area on the RSNC home page.

5.Event Promotions: As you know we already offer a Direct Mail program to help you get out the word
about your Sorting Events. You will now have space on your Producers web page that will promote those events for you too. If you’ve been to the new website you’ll notice we have all your events listed in our calendar system until the end of the year. We also have all points listed for all competitors in your area and around the country. The event listing pages also has a space for you to put up a downloadable flyer (pdf file) to promote each of your events.

Email Promotion: Now we can help you promote your events via email. We have just launched a Master email marketing system that lets us sort and track groups of emails for each producer. It works basically the same way our Direct Mail program works. Same type of flyer information sheet, it just delivers the information to the member or prospective members email in box. All we will need is the list of emails you want your promotional flyer sent to and a copy of the flyer you want us to send. There may be a nominal fee for this service.

Video Promotion: You can also promote yourself, your business and events by adding a Video to your Producers page. This can be a very powerful tool to get people excited about becoming involved in Ranch Sorting. All we will need is a short 1-2 minute video of one of your events or just you on camera talking about your events and how much fun everyone is having Ranch Sorting and how much you would like them to come out and enjoy the Funnest Family Sport on a Horse.
