We had our 1st Ranch Sorting in Oct. of 2002.   We started with only 35 teams in an open jackpot.  We have worked our way up to 200+ teams competing monthly in 6 different classes.  In 2008 we were the largest producer for RSNC.  We not only started out producing Ranch Sortings together but we met when Danny bid on building; what is now our Ranch Sorting facility.   Danny is in the business of building barns and fencing as well as keeping a herd of brood cows.  I am a horse trainer; it has worked out to be a great combination of talents!

Producing Ranch Sortings started out as a way of complimenting the training, lessons and sales part of my business.  As well as a way to keep us off the roads showing and home with my two young boys: Wyatt and Garrett.  It has now become a major part of our lives.  Not only do several members of our families compete with us, but most of our friends are people we have met through our shows. Having shows and practices at our place is like a big party with all our friends and family there!  Plus; you can win $ while you play!!

The thing I like about Ranch Sorting verses other equine sports is that you get to ride more times!
